TangleArc Privacy Policy

1. Information you provide directly

TangleArc does not require an account and does not ask you to provide a name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, or other direct personal information in order to play.

2. Information stored on your device

The app may store gameplay and preference data locally on your device, such as level progress, hints, language, theme, and similar settings. This information is used to operate the game and is not intentionally sent to ECO LAB servers. Local app data may be removed when you clear the app's data or uninstall the app.

3. Advertising, consent, and third-party processing

TangleArc uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to show banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads, and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request or manage consent where required.

According to Google's documentation, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically process information such as IP address, app and ad interaction data, diagnostics and performance information, and device or account-related identifiers that may be available to Google.

TangleArc uses privacy-restrictive advertising settings where supported, including disabling publisher first-party IDs and publisher-controlled ad personalization. Platform-level identifiers and other data may still be processed by Google according to Google's own policies, device settings, consent choices, and applicable law.

For more information, see:

4. How information is used

Information processed through TangleArc or its third-party SDKs may be used to provide and maintain gameplay functionality, remember local settings and progress, display and measure advertisements, provide rewarded-ad features requested by the player, prevent fraud or invalid advertising traffic, and diagnose crashes or SDK problems.

5. Data sharing

ECO LAB does not sell personal information. Data may be processed by Google in connection with AdMob, UMP, advertising, measurement, security, fraud prevention, and related services, subject to Google's terms and privacy practices.

6. Data security

TangleArc uses encrypted network connections for supported third-party services. Google states that data collected by the Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS.

7. Data retention

Gameplay preferences stored locally remain on the device until the app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled. Data processed by Google is retained according to Google's applicable policies, settings, and legal obligations.

8. Your privacy choices

Depending on your region and device, you may be able to manage advertising or consent choices through TangleArc's privacy options, iOS or Android settings, Google account settings, or Google's advertising controls. Applicable privacy laws may also provide rights such as access, correction, deletion, objection, or restriction of certain processing.

9. Children's privacy

TangleArc does not knowingly request direct personal information from children. Parents or guardians who believe that a child has provided personal information through a third-party service may contact the relevant service provider or contact us using the support method below.

10. International users

Third-party providers such as Google may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Such processing is governed by the provider's policies and applicable legal safeguards.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when TangleArc's features, SDKs, data practices, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
